Thank you for your interest in the White Oaks Perks program. We believe the benefits of our program ensure that the business traveller you send our way is completely looked after, comfortable and welcome. Below are a few features of the program which you will find useful when considering White Oaks Resort & Spa as your preferred Niagara destination.(Preview our rooms, facility, dining and of course our newly renovated and amazing club at www.whiteoaksresort.com)

White Oaks reserves the right to refrain from offering the Preferred Corporate rate when the hotel occupancy exceeds 90%. Preferred Corporate guests will be offered a 25% discount off the hotels prevailing rate at this time.

All quoted rates include breakfast for one person, per day, inclusive of gratuity

For those in a rush in the morning, breakfast can be arranged “on the run” to be picked up when you dash out the front door

Should there be the need for an additional breakfast, the cost is $15.00 per person plus applicable taxes and gratuities

Preferred Corporate Rates are applicable for our Superior Guestroom Accommodation, when available Tower Rooms and our Luxury Suites. They do, however, exclude rooms on our Platinum level.

Our rates are quoted per room, per night, based on single occupancy in Canadian funds, and subject to applicable taxes.

A facility fee is charged upon check out to all guests however, the discounted rate for our Preferred Corporate Clients is $6.00. Our Facility fee ensures you have full use of the entire resort facilities which includes parking, valet services, Wireless service, local telephone calls and best of all, access to our private fitness club

White Oaks Resort is completely wireless or you can use high speed dial up service from your room. Computer access is also available at our Xerox Business Centre available 24 hours a day.

A minimum of 10 guest rooms per year must be booked by your company to be eligible to participate in the program

CANCELLATION POLICY: ROOMS MUST BE CANCELLED 24 HOURS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TIME
